How To Book Your Shindig

 

 

If you're ready to book your shindig, here's a walkthrough of our booking procedures!

 

First, contact a member of our castle team. You may do this by phone, email, or facebook (email is preferred). Please have the following information ready upon contacting us:

  • Your valid email address (we cannot book you without one)

  • Your preferred package

  • Your chosen character

  • The location and time of your shindig (remember, we come to you!)

  • The number of young guests participating, as well as their ages

 

Once we have your information, we will then email you a contract and a party questionaire which must be returned to us -- via emial -- within 48 hours of your booking, or you will forfeit your reservation. Please inform your castle team member if you have any special requests (i.e. you would like the princess to sing Happy Birthday and cut the cake or play a certain game). This way, our performers are prepared, and your shindig  will run as smoothly as possible.

  • The contract is to ensure that we are paid for our services and that our policies and procedures are observed. It sounds scarier than it is, but please read it carefully. The questionaire is designed to allow us to give your child the most magical experience possible.

 

You must pay your 25%, non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of booking, via our PayPal link to ensure your spot.  Should you wish to pay the entire sum using credit, through PayPal, at this time, you may do so as well.

  • This deposit pays our performers for their time preparing and their inconvience, should a last minute cancellation occur. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Once you have followed the above steps, you are all set until the day of your party! We will send you a confirmation email the night before your event to remind you that we are coming.

 

On the day of your party, your remaining balance is due, in cash, to your performers upon their arrival.  Should you wish to pay the whole sum using credit via PayPal, you are more than welcome to do so, so long as the payment is complete prior to your party. Please remember, your performers will not perform should the payment be incomplete upon their arrival.

 

You performers will generally arrive in street clothes since it is difficult to travel in their costumes. Please give them a private room, away from the children, in order to change into and out of costume. We want this to be as secret as possible, so that the magic remains intact!

 

During your shindig, sit back and allow us to entertain! Just remember, our performers cannot discipline children, and adults MUST be present to surpervise the young royals at all times.

 

After your shindig, we would love to hear how we did! Please send us reviews using our email. We also love to recieve pictures from our parties so that we may share the magic memories of our shindigs for years to come.
